EFT Tapping & Matrix Reimprinting Support
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Matrix Reimprinting, and other Energy Psychology Techniques (EPT) offer gentle yet powerful mind–body approaches for addressing emotional stress patterns that may be stored in the body, specifically in your nervous system.
These techniques work by calming the body’s stress response while helping to identify and shift emotional patterns, limiting beliefs, and unresolved experiences that may be interfering with your well-being.
Each session is personalized and guided by your consultation, goals, and individual needs. Together, we explore what may be contributing to emotional or physical stress and support the body’s natural capacity for balance and resilience.
All sessions are offered virtually at your convenience.
What the CORE Coaching Package Includes
The CORE Coaching Package provides focused support and guidance as you begin or deepen your EFT practice.
The package includes:
• One (1) Discovery Session
• Three (3) 60-90-minute EFT / Matrix Reimprinting coaching sessions
These sessions help you gain clarity of your goals while learning practical tools you can continue using in your daily life.

Getting Started
Step 1
Purchase the CORE Coaching Package.
Step 2
Schedule your Discovery Session using our online scheduler.
Step 3
Complete and submit the consultation forms at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Both the scheduling link and consultation forms can be found in the website’s main menu. The forms can be located under "Resources".
Step 4
During your Discovery Session, I will discuss your goals and help schedule your three coaching sessions. Weekly sessions are generally recommended to support continuity and progress. For convenience, all three sessions can be scheduled in advance.

Cancellation Policy
A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations or changes to appointments.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee.
Your First Session: What to Expect
Your first session begins with a thoughtful conversation. This Discovery Session is an opportunity for us to explore what brings you in, discuss your goals, and begin identifying the patterns or experiences that may be contributing to emotional or physical stress.
During this time, I will listen carefully to your concerns and ask a few guiding questions to understand better your history, current challenges, and what you hope to achieve through our work together. From there, we will outline a personalized approach that may include Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Matrix Reimprinting, and other supportive mind–body strategies.
You will also be introduced to the basics of EFT tapping (a non-invasive tool) and how it supports nervous system regulation. Many clients experience a sense of calm and clarity even during this initial session as the body begins to shift out of a heightened stress response.
At the end of the Discovery Session, we will review the plan for your next three CORE coaching sessions and schedule them at times that work best for you. Weekly sessions are typically recommended to support continuity and progress.
The goal of this first session is to create a supportive, focused space where you feel heard, understood, and equipped with practical tools to begin moving forward.
