This Auto-Immune Protocol (AIP) plan is based on the Paleolithic (Paleo) diet and consists of a three-phase elimination protocol. The goal of the protocol is to eliminate certain dietary factors to identify potential triggers of intestinal inflammation, dysbiosis (microbial imbalance) in the gastrointestinal tract, and symptoms of food intolerance. It's recommended that you are under the guidance of a health professional while going thru this meal plan.

Customized meal plans: are fully customizable by you to fit your lifestyle
Static meal plans: are fixed based on the type of meal plan and program you are enrolled in.
Example, a person has tested or has knowledge of food allergies or sensitivities, or is on an anti-inflammatory diet etc., the meal planner will not offer foods that should be restricted from the client's meal plan.
