The use of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Matrix Reimprinting, and other Energy Psychology Techniques (EPT) offers a simple yet powerful approach to identifying and releasing emotional patterns that may have become obstacles to your well-being. These methods work by helping you gently address unresolved emotional experiences that can remain stored in the body and influence how you think, feel, and respond to stress.
Each EFT/EPT coaching session is personalized and guided by your consultation, goals, and individual objectives.
All sessions are offered virtually.
The PATH Coaching Package includes a Discovery Session plus six (6) 60-minute EFT/Tapping coaching sessions.
Step 1.) Schedule your Discovery Session through our online scheduler.
Step 2.) Complete the required consultation forms and return them at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Step 3.) Purchase this package.

Step 4.) During your Discovery Session, I will discuss scheduling your upcoming sessions. Weekly sessions are generally recommended to help build consistency and momentum in your practice. For convenience, all six PATH Package sessions may be scheduled in advance.

All cancellations must be received at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to the full session fee.
Your First Session: What to Expect
Your first session begins with a thoughtful conversation. This Discovery Session is an opportunity for us to explore what brings you in, discuss your goals, and begin identifying the patterns or experiences that may be contributing to emotional or physical stress.
During this time, I will listen carefully to your concerns and ask a few guiding questions to understand better your history, current challenges, and what you hope to achieve through our work together. From there, we will outline a personalized approach that may include Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Matrix Reimprinting, and other supportive mind–body strategies.
You will also be introduced to the basics of EFT tapping (a non-invasive tool) and how it supports nervous system regulation. Many clients experience a sense of calm and clarity even during this initial session as the body begins to shift out of a heightened stress response.
At the end of the Discovery Session, we will review the plan for your next three CORE coaching sessions and schedule them at times that work best for you. Weekly sessions are typically recommended to support continuity and progress.
The goal of this first session is to create a supportive, focused space where you feel heard, understood, and equipped with practical tools to begin moving forward.
